> FloorFound is the end-to-end sales operation for premium furniture trade brands. Once inventory is uploaded to the platform, FloorFound handles everything downstream: dealer targeting, offer construction, outreach, negotiation, and closing. Every batch of offers is reviewed and approved by a human account executive before it ships to a dealer.

FloorFound is B2B only. Trade brand to independent dealer. No consumer channel, no marketplace listing.

## The 6-step operation

1. **Upload** — Brand loads stock, manifests, and returns into the platform
2. **Dealer intelligence** — FloorFound maintains a live intelligence layer on 960+ independent dealers (segment, tier, geography, brand affinity, buying pattern, buying cadence)
3. **Match** — Every unit of inventory ranked against every relevant dealer, best-fit surfaced
4. **Assemble the offer** — Curated trailer, cherry-pick, or monthly rotation, priced for recovery, dealer-specific
5. **Human review and approval** — Every offer is reviewed and approved by a FloorFound account executive before it ships. No black-box automation.
6. **Send, follow up, close** — Offer ships via the platform with full audit trail. AE calls behind it. Dealer commits. Brand's warehouse ships.
