### 1. Upload

The brand loads inventory into the platform. Stock, manifests, returns — any combination, any category, any origin warehouse. Uploads are one-time; the platform tracks state from there.

FloorFound maintains a continuously-updated intelligence layer on 960+ independent dealers across the United States. Fields tracked include:

This intelligence layer is what allows FloorFound to place the right unit with the right dealer without cold outreach or spray-and-pray listing.

### 3. Match inventory to dealers

Every unit of a brand's uploaded inventory is scored against every relevant dealer in the intelligence layer. Best-fit dealers surface. The output of this step is a per-dealer, per-brand candidate offer set.

### 4. Assemble the offer

FloorFound assembles the offer. Depending on the dealer's segment and buying pattern:

- **Full trailer** (53' load) — for Tier-1 anchors and stagers with high throughput
- **Cherry-pick** — a selected SKU list for designers and boutique buyers
- **Monthly rotation** — a curated seasonal drop for consignment and resale

Pricing follows a recovery-first framework: `MAX(current_ask × 0.90, MSRP × 0.15)`. For staged-home, rental-return, and wear-and-tear inventory, MSRP is not the anchor — pricing is set against secondary-market comparables, with MSRP shown only for reference.

The offer includes a full manifest, per-SKU line items, and dealer-specific personalization in the outreach.

### 5. Human review and approval

Every offer batch is reviewed by a FloorFound account executive before it ships to a dealer. The AE can approve, edit line items, adjust pricing, or hold. No dealer-facing send happens without a human on the trigger. This is deliberate — FloorFound is agent-native, not agent-only.

### 6. Send, follow up, and close

Approved offers ship via the platform through the SendGrid-integrated email infrastructure. Every send creates an Offer record, logs the audit trail, and routes replies back into the platform.

After the offer sends, the AE calls the dealer within 24-72 hours to close. Once the dealer commits, the brand ships from its own warehouse; FloorFound coordinates the transaction.
